Transportation Information

Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg:

Packages: PostNL

  • Track & Trace: After completing the order, you will receive a Track & Trace link by e-mail, which allows the recipient to track the order and check its status.
  • Delivery times: PostNL delivers packages Monday through Saturday, usually until 9:30 p.m. ET.
  • Procedure in case of absence: If the recipient is not at home, the package will be taken to a nearby PostNL point. The recipient will receive an email notification when the package is ready there.
  • Retention in Depot: The package will remain available at the PostNL point for seven days before being returned to the sender.

Pallets: SVZ Transport (formerly: Van den Heuvel Transport)

  • Track & Trace: After completing the order, you will receive a Track & Trace by e-mail. In addition, you will receive an update via e-mail for each transport step completed.
  • Delivery times: Monday through Friday.
  • Procedure in case of absence: If the recipient is not present, the pallet will go to the depot and a new appointment for redelivery will be made as soon as possible.

France, Germany & Austria:

Packages: UPS

  • Track & Trace: After completing the order, you will receive a Track & Trace link by e-mail, which allows the recipient to track the order and check its status.
  • Delivery times: UPS delivers packages Monday through Saturday, usually until 7:00 p.m.
  • Procedure in case of absence: If the recipient is not home, UPS will leave a notification with instructions for a new delivery attempt or pickup at a UPS Access Point.
  • Retention period at depot: Packages delivered to a UPS Access Point typically remain available for pickup there for seven business days before being returned to the sender.

Pallets:DSV*

  • Track & Trace: After completing the order, you will receive a Track & Trace by e-mail.
  • Delivery times: Monday through Friday.
  • Procedure in case of absence: If the recipient is not present, the pallet will go to the depot and a new appointment for redelivery will be made as soon as possible.

*Please note that pallets are delivered to the sidewalk and not brought inside or to a desired location of the recipient.
