2 Entrepreneur's identity
Multi Mosaics is a trade name of 2B Trade & Consult B.V. Reachable by phone: 0613 - 57 92 22 or e-mail: info@multimosaics.com. Available Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. The Chamber of Commerce number is 68559542 and the VAT identification number is NL857497959B01.

3 Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all transactions with the seller. Occasionally, separate terms and conditions may apply per product, but these general terms and conditions remain in effect.

4 The offer
Fair information about products, prices and exchange options is provided by the seller. Any errors on the website should be reported.

5 The Agreement
The buyer will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order. This confirmation should be kept well along with other relevant information.

6 Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it, preferably giving reasons.

7 Obligations during cooling-off period
During the cooling-off period, the buyer may view the product as in a store. If the product is no longer in "new condition," the buyer may receive a reduced refund.

8 Obligations of the seller upon revocation
Upon receipt of the application, the seller sends instructions for return. Once the product is received back, the seller sends a new product or Multi Mosaics is a name of 2B Trade & Consult B.V. 9 Exclusion of right of withdrawal
Certain items cannot be returned, such as processed products and remnants under a standard packaging unit.

10 The Price
All prices include VAT. For special shipping requirements, the seller will offer the best possible price.

11 Compliance and Warranty
The buyer has a right to a good product. If something is wrong, the seller will fix it for the buyer.

12 Delivery and fulfillment
The seller will do its best to deliver the order quickly. Any delays will be notified to the buyer as soon as possible.

13 Payment
Upon receipt of payment, the order will be processed by the seller.

14 Complaint Procedure
Complaints should be reported at info@multimosaics.com. Within 2 business days the buyer will receive a response from the seller.

15 Disputes
If no agreement can be reached, the buyer may, within twelve months, submit the matter to a Dutch court.

16 Additional or different provisions
Any changes to these terms and conditions will be published on the seller's website.
