Right of withdrawal & return policy

Multi Mosaics is a name of 2B Trade & Consult B.V.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including the original shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your address to our warehouse are for your own account. Please check with your local carrier for the cost of returning the package. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@multimosaics.com. We will refund the amount due within 7 working days after the products have been received, checked and approved.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Products that are custom made especially for you according to specifications entered by you are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Samples are also excluded from the right of withdrawal. The sale is thus final after successful payment.

Ordered too much?

 Within 365 days of receiving the goods, send an e-mail to info@multimosaics.com with the subject line "RETURNS" and include the following information: 

  • Item number and short description 
  • Invoice number of purchase 
  • Number of return boxes 
  • Bank account (IBAN) for reimbursement 

You will receive a response from us by email or phone within 3 business days. Once the returned goods are received in good order(*), the amount will be refunded to your account within 7 business days.

Ordered wrong?

 Within 365 days of receiving the goods, send an e-mail to info@multimosaics.com with the subject line "RETURNS" and include the following information: 

  • Item number and short description 
  • Invoice number of purchase 
  • Number of return boxes 
  • Bank account (IBAN) for reimbursement 
  • Reason for return 

You will receive a response from us by email or phone within 3 business days. Once the returned goods are received in good order(*), the amount will be refunded to your account within 7 business days.

Arrived damaged?

 Within 2 days of receiving the goods, send an e-mail to info@multimosaics.com with the subject line "DAMAGE" and include the following information: 

  • Item number and short description 
  • Invoice number of purchase 
  • Number of boxes 
  • Pictures of the damage 

If possible, we will send replacements for damaged shipments. 

Return conditions(*)

  • Products must be returned unopened, clean (free of dust, tape, etc.) in their original packaging and suitable for resale.
  • Please ensure that mosaic products are returned in the supplied outer box or another sturdy box with sufficient padding to prevent damage and breakage. We do not refund money for damaged boxes. 

Return Procedure

Make sure a copy of the invoice is attached so we can trace who the sender is and make sure the address label is clearly legible.

  1. Notification: Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may notify us by email (info@multimosaics.com) of your decision to revoke the purchase. You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
  2. Return shipping: After your notice of withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging to:
