When incorporating mosaic tiles in a place where they will get very wet, such as a walk-in shower, you should use an expoxy joint. The same goes for places where the mosaic tiles can get very dirty, such as on the back wall of a kitchen. In other cases, you can use any kind of cementitious grout.
