Multi Mosaics is a name of 2B Trade & Consult B.V.
Limited warranty
Multi Mosaics warrants the quality of its products to be free from defects in material for a period of five years from the date of purchase. Product defects that may be caused by misuse, improper application, improper installation, improper maintenance or accidental damage are not covered by the warranty. Warranty is limited to replacement of the mosaic only. Labor costs and/or additional damage during installation, repair, removal or replacement will not be covered. Any consequential damages resulting from defects in the material are not covered by the warranty.

The Metal series have a "living finish" because exposure to climate, touch and moisture over time will oxidize the metal and change the finish. These variations in color are part of a naturally occurring oxidation process.
Good to know:
Both glass and ceramic mosaic are produced in batches. Between different batches, color differences may occur (lighter or darker). Such color differences are not covered by the warranty, this is inherent in the product.
Conformity:
Multi Mosaics declares that all its articles comply with the European standards as stated in the test reports on its website. For example when it comes to: Water absorption, breaking strength, frost resistance, anti-slip and resistance to chemicals.
