  • If you want to see the mosaic tile you have in mind in real life, you can request a sample of it or make an appointment in our showroom. This is located at our supplier in Nistelrode and is open by appointment only. In the showroom you will find the complete collection, but you can also see how some mosaic tiles look on a larger surface. If you would like to schedule a showroom visit, please email info@mozaiektegelwinkel.nl.

  • No, you cannot pay for your order afterwards. When you place an order, you must pay directly with iDeal or your credit card.

  • We try to package our mosaic tiles as well as possible, but unfortunately it sometimes happens that an order arrives with damage. In that case, please send an e-mail to info@mozaiektegelwinkel.nl with a picture of the damage. We will then send you further instructions and, of course, send you new mosaic tiles.

  • When ordering, you should take into account the cutting loss of the tiles during processing. This varies per mosaic tile and working method, but we advise you to take into account a cutting loss of 5 to 10%. If you would like more information about this, please email info@mozaiektegelwinkel.nl.

  • For most mosaic tiles, you need to use a special tile cutter. This is because cutting or sawing the tiles can lead to breakage. Only the Amsterdam glass mosaic can be cut to size. The Valencia glass mosaic is a bit more fragile and should therefore be processed with a water-cooled diamond saw. More information? Please email info@mozaiektegelwinkel.nl!

  • When incorporating mosaic tiles in a place where they will get very wet, such as a walk-in shower, you should use an expoxy joint. The same goes for places where the mosaic tiles can get very dirty, such as on the back wall of a kitchen. In other cases, you can use any type of cementitious grout. More information? Just email info@mozaiektegelwinkel.nl!

  • To keep your mosaic tiles as beautiful as possible, it is best to clean them with natural cleaners. Green soap, for example, is a good choice. Lime removers and acidic agents are best avoided. We also recommend using a soft cloth or chamois. We do not recommend scouring pads or steel brushes. Finally, it is important to keep the tile surface dry, otherwise lime can damage the joints and cause leaks.
